What is Carter Corps? It's the hundreds of parents who volunteer to help with our clubs, teams, bands and other school groups. These wonderful volunteers are a big part of making possible the great things that are happening at Carter High. To keep everybody informed, Carter High's public relations class publishes a newsletter that is mailed to every parent. Our typical publication schedule allows us to publish four times per year.
